Ernest Jackson Named to Leadership Baltimore County’s Class of 2025
Congratulations to Chimes Team Member Ernest Jackson, Jr. for being selected for Leadership Baltimore County!
Leadership Baltimore County enhances leadership effectiveness, educates about civic challenges, connects people, organizations, and passions, and inspires them to improve our community.
Throughout the 10-month program, the Class of 2025 will participate in educational and interactive sessions to learn more about how Baltimore County works, meet its leaders, understand the community’s challenges and opportunities and how to affect positive change in the region.
In addition, each member of the class participates in a 360° leadership assessment and one-on-one executive coaching sessions to gain insight into their own leadership competencies so that they may be even more effective in their work in the community.
Leadership Baltimore County’s Signature Program is open to senior-level leaders who have demonstrated success in their field, an interest in enhancing their leadership capabilities and a commitment to the Baltimore County community through volunteer activities and civic engagement.
