Veterans Making a Difference at Chimes
Eric Henderson, U.S. Army Retired, served in the legendary 82nd Airborne as a paratrooper and jump master. After honorably serving in Iraq, Korea, Egypt, and the continental U.S., he also worked as a logistics NonCommissioned Officer, an experience that would serve him well in the next chapter of his career.
Following his service to our country, Eric found a home with Chimes DC.
As a disabled combat veteran, he has been a key part of the team for the past seven years at Fort Liberty, North Carolina as the Training and Quality Control Manager.
During his tenure with Chimes DC, Eric has trained well over 400 employees with different levels of abilities. His leadership and logistics know-how not only help the individual team members he works with, but they also inform training programs at Chimes DC contract sites throughout the region.
Eric’s experience in the U.S. Army across the globe and in combat allowed him to create and streamline new training processes for Chimes DC that are now utilized across numerous divisions. His professionalism, technical capacity, people skills, respectful approach, and expertise is so valued that he has travelled to other locations and states for Chimes DC.
His efforts have achieved many positive results and improved operational effectiveness and performance effectiveness on many important contracts for Chimes DC.
“My favorite part about working for Chimes is interacting with employees – the people on the job,” said Eric. “I make sure they feel valued and enjoy what they are doing.”
