Chimes Deploys VirtualHealth Platform
We are thrilled to announce that we will be deploying a platform called VirtualHealth, that will improve care for individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities. We will begin to implement the platform within our Vocational Day Programs and will then extend it to our residential programs.
Behavior tracking is an essential part of case management in individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities. VirtualHealth streamlines personal care as well as case and disease management. Using a tablet, our case managers will be able to record and track each occurrence and duration of challenging behaviors in real time.
