TRICARE Grant Will Enable Chimes To Help Military Families

Chimes was recently awarded a TRICARE military insurance grant that will allow us to support military families in a unique way.

The program is designed for military families with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Military families are faced with unique circumstances, in that they move frequently. This can make it extremely difficult for a child with autism to maintain a structured environment designed to manage their behaviors.

The services will be free to qualifying military families with TRICARE insurance!

The program uses science-based Applied Behavior Analysis and is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will be responsible for the supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians. Those RBTs in turn will  work directly with children and provide training for the family/caregiver. That will ensure that parents and caregivers are able to continue treatment if a deployment or reassignment  requires the family to move.

Through ABA, our goal is to support and teach parents/caregivers how to initiate positive behavioral changes. Services provided will include direct treatment, data collection, data analysis, behavioral assessments, family/caregiver training, and behavior progress reports.

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to help military families in such an important way! Contact us here if you know or are a family who may benefit from this program.
