Important information regarding our health plan’s Machine-Readable Files (MRF)
The link below leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes in-network negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
Employee Impact
These transparency files are not useful to plan participants, and there is no requirement to notify them about the files. There are other cost estimator tools that plan participants can access.
We will provide an update if any regulatory agency provides new guidance or clarification of existing guidance regarding posting of the cost transparency files.
