At Chimes, we are confident that our great people know great people. To further incentivize our employees to assist with the crucial recruiting effort, we offer an Employee Referral Bonus of $1,000.
Applicants who apply with us could earn the referring employee up to $1,000 over a series of payments. The $1,000 is earned by the referring employee over the new employee’s first year of employment on the following milestone dates:
• 3 months after hire – $400
• 6 months after hire – $200
• 12 months after hire – $400
The details:
• The new hire must list the referring employee by name as the referring source on the online application.
• Employee making the referral must complete the Employee Referral Form and submit it to HR at the time the candidate is hired.
• Both the new hire and the referring employee need to be employed and in good standing at the milestone date for the payment to be made.
• Eligible positions for new hires – New hires in all field positions below director level and certain corporate positions are eligible to be filled with a referred employee under this program.
• Eligible employees – All Chimes employees below director level are eligible to be paid the bonus for a referred new hire.
• Referrals for employees reporting directly to a supervisor are not eligible for a referral bonus.
• Former employees are only eligible to be referred as new hires for this program if they have been gone for 12 months or more.
