Providing Essential Mental Health Services to Central VA

Family Focus, LLC joined the Chimes Family of Services in January 2026.

With more than 30 employees, Family Focus serves nearly 1,500 people throughout Henrico County and the Richmond, VA metro area. Family Focus clients receive services through community-based programs such as case coordination, parent support, GPS monitoring, home-based services, mentoring, mental health skill building, supervised visitation, and virtual residential programs.

Family Focus was founded in 2001 by Pat Harris. She now plans to retire after a decades-long career in the mental health services sector and is pleased the organization will continue its important work as part of Chimes.

“For 25 years, our team has proudly worked to meet the diverse and evolving mental health needs of our community in Richmond and beyond,” said Pat. “Joining forces with a large, stable, multi-state provider like Chimes ensures our team will continue to be a resource for people who need us for decades to come.”
