Chimes Celebrates Inaugural Leadership Development Academy Graduation

Tuesday marked a milestone moment for Chimes as we celebrated the graduation of the very first cohort from our new Chimes Leadership Development Academy! Over the past year, this innovative program has equipped a select group of emerging leaders with the knowledge, tools, and mentorship needed to step confidently into roles of increasing responsibility.

This initiative is a key part of our ongoing investment in people—those we serve and those who serve alongside us. Chimes is proud to empower our next generation of leaders as they continue to advance our mission of supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges.

This week, we proudly honored 12 graduates, and we’re equally excited to welcome a new cohort of 23 participants who have just begun their own 12-month journey of leadership development.
