Over the past week, our team crisscrossed the country to do just that. At SourceAmerica’s XForce Conference in Indianapolis, we explored new strategies to advance high-quality employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Meanwhile, other team members attended NatCon25 in Philadelphia, where the focus was on innovation in mental health and substance use services.

We’re energized by what we’ve learned and excited to bring new ideas and best practices back to our teams and the people we support.
