Chimes Launches Leadership Development Academy

Earlier this month, we proudly welcomed the inaugural class to the Chimes Leadership Development Academy.

This initiative underscores our deep commitment to nurturing the skills, talents, and leadership potential of our exceptional staff and emerging leaders. Through mentorship, collaborative small group work, skill-building, and professional development, the Academy is grounded in our core values: Caring, Empowerment, Collaboration, Quality, and Fun.

Eighteen outstanding team members have been selected for the first cohort, which will run through June. Each has demonstrated remarkable leadership promise and a profound dedication to those we serve. We look forward to witnessing their growth and impact in the months ahead.
