Chimes International Appoints Kristin Belcher as Chief Financial Officer

Baltimore, MD – Chimes International, one of the nation’s largest providers of services and supports for people with disabilities and mental health challenges, recently announced the appointment of Kristin Belcher as Chief Financial Officer.  Kristin was selected following a nationwide search and brings a strong 20-year track record of success in finance and organizational leadership to her new role with Chimes.

Kristin’s background includes financial planning and analysis, forecasting, operational reporting, budgeting, and business partnership within multi-site operating environments. Much of her career experience is with organizations whose structure is similar to that of Chimes.

Most recently, Kristin held senior finance leadership roles within Compass Group, including Vice President of Finance for ESFM.  In these roles, she led FP&A, operational finance, executive reporting, forecasting, and strategic and operational initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Kristin held finance leadership positions supporting operations, analytics, and financial management within large service organizations. Her experience includes building reporting processes, supporting operational decision-making, and partnering with business leaders on financial and operational performance.

Kristin earned an MBA in accounting from the University of Phoenix, a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College and is a CPA (inactive).
