Kellie Brindley Named Vice President of Human Resources for Chimes

Chimes International, Ltd. recently announced Kellie Brindley has joined the team as Vice President of Human Resources. Kellie is an executive with over 25 years of transformational leadership experience across federal agencies, the military, and the private sector.

Previously, Kellie served as Deputy Director of Human Resources at the U.S. Marshals Service, where she oversaw HR operations for a 5,000+ employee workforce. In this executive role, she led enterprise-wide modernization initiatives spanning workforce strategy, policy, labor relations, talent management, and data-driven planning. She directed a $10 million budget and played a critical role in aligning HR investments with agency mission and fiscal priorities—enhancing efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement.

Her federal service also includes pivotal roles with NASA, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General, where she drove major human capital and systems transformation efforts—shaping policy, strategy, and technology integration across complex organizations.

In the private sector, Kellie led global HR operations at BroadSoft and later Cisco Systems following its acquisition, managing international teams across 23 countries and spearheading enterprise-wide programs in engagement, performance, and HRIS implementation. Her team received the 2017 Award for International HR Department of the Year for transformational impact.

A retired Navy Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman, Kellie served more than 20 years in uniform, with leadership roles in operations, training, workforce development, and strategic planning across joint environments. She is known for building agile, people-centered infrastructures that fuel organizational excellence, equity, and sustainable growth

As the new Vice President of Human Resources, Kellie will lead strategies that strengthen Chimes’ mission and values while supporting its diverse workforce. She will partner with leadership on talent planning, culture, and succession, while building programs that engage, develop, and recognize employees. Kellie will also oversee hiring, performance, and total rewards, to position Chimes as an employer of choice. Through her leadership, she’ll foster a people-first culture that drives growth, accountability, and lasting impact across the organization.
