In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we would like to recognize Edgar L. Cobb. Edgar, is affectionately known as Larry, in the Majestic House in Virginia.

During the weekdays, Larry attends Chimes Day Program, also known as the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse offers many community-engaged activities for our individuals, which affords Larry the opportunity to spend a fair amount of his time volunteering in and around Fairfax. On any given day, you can catch him organizing clothes and merchandise at Clock Tower Thrift Store, setting the table for meal time at Brookdale Senior Living, or assisting with making beds, and organizing the play room at the Shelter House.

Larry is definitely an asset to Chimes Day program and he takes great pride in his work. Even when he’s interacting with his friends at the Majestic House, Larry finds joy in helping with, even the simplest household task! Please help us celebrate Larry and all the great qualities he brings to Chimes!
