Holcomb’s facilities located in Pennsylvania are in Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lehigh and Northampton Counties and are also in Collingswood New Jersey.
Open Door Incorporated
Open Door, Inc. is an affiliate of Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems and has been a member of the Chimes Family of Services since 2000. Open Door Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation that provides a comprehensive range of behavioral health services including mental health, substance abuse and psychosocial services throughout Delaware (New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties).
Open Door, Inc. has been accredited by The Joint Commission since 2001 and is licensed by the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

COAD Group (Chester County Council on Addictive Diseases)
The COAD Group (formerly Chester County Council on Addictive Diseases) is a private, non-profit human services organization. COAD serves Chester County, Pennsylvania residents in the areas of substance use/abuse prevention, intervention, and education; public safety; and mental health services. COAD provides Information and Referral services, Substance Abuse Prevention & Education, Mental Health Awareness, and Safe Driving.
